If you have been looking for the SWIFT site, lately, and have found this, but with no content on it, I must apologize. I have been trying to set up a more user-friendly, easier to update site for you to use, when I was interrupted by that old nemisis, Overtime!
Well, now I have been adding content like crazy and have all the content from the old site brought over and updated, except for the back issues of the newsletter. For some reason, I can upload them just fine, but cannot make it open the files when you click on the link. This shouldn’t be that hard to do, so give me some time on this and I’ll have the previous issues beginning May 2006 up for your reviewing pleasure.
If you have ANY ideas or comments, please let me know so I can make this site better serve our SWIFT community. I will be adding items as I get them, and will be updating those already here as I go. Also, I will be getting the SWIFT logo added, I’m just not sure, yet, the best way to do this.
If anyone would like to add a blog post to the site, please email the post to me at swift.newsletter@yahoo.com. This goes the same for events and news items that you believe the community will be interested in.
If you own a business, have a guild website, or a fiber related blogsite and would like to add a link to it from this site, please let me know. Also, adding a link to this site (www.swiftindiana.org) to your website will just make it easier for people to search us in Google and find us easily.
Remember, this site belongs to the SWIFT community, so let’s get some interesting content on here! Also, please review what has been uploaded and if you see anything that needs updated, please let me know. This new site is much easier to update and I can get changes made within 24 hours (or much sooner!) of receiving notice of it.
